When breathing and relaxation therapy?
Many complaints are suitable for breathing and relaxation therapy. For example:
- Problems linked to tension, such as complaints without an apparent physical cause, fatigue, headache, sleeping problems, hyperventilation complaints and burnout.
- Psychological problems, such as anxiety, depression, phobias, panic and trauma.
- Complaints based on posture, breath, voice and movement, for example back and neck complaints, deformed curved back (scoliosis), RSI and whiplash.
- Tension problems with clearly identifiable physical causes. This occurs, for example, in people with heart and lung problems, neurological problems or diseases of internal organs.
